IAN
ROBERTSON
Chief Executive Officer, Director, Member of Investment Committee
and Member of Audit and Valuation Committee.
Ian is a founding shareholder of Algonquin Power Corporation
Inc. in 1988. He has over 15 years of experience in development,
financing, acquisition and operation of electric power generating
projects both in North America and internationally. Ian holds
a professional electrical engineer designation through his Bachelors
of Applied Science awarded by the University of Waterloo and a
Master of Business Administration degree from York University.
In addition, Ian was awarded a Chartered Financial Analyst designation
in 2000. His academic and professional experience have combined
to assist in his principal occupation as Executive Director, Business
Development for APIF.

CHRIS
K. JARRATT
Director, Member of Investment Committee
Chris is a founder and principal of Algonquin Power Corporation
Inc. in 1988. He has over 19 years of experience in the design,
construction and operation of independent electric power generating
projects both in North America and internationally. Chris holds
a professional engineer designation through his Bachelors of Applied
Science from the University of Guelph with a minor degree in water
resource management. His development and operational experience
have assisted Chris in his principal occupation as Executive Director,
Operations for APIF.

DAVID
C. KERR
Director and Chairman
Dave is a founder and principal of Algonquin Power Corporation Inc.
in 1988. He has over 20 years of experience in the environmental,
permitting and health and safety issues confronting construction
and operation of independent electric power generating projects
both in North America and internationally. Dave holds a Bachelors
of Applied Science from the University of Western Ontario. Previous
professional experience as a principal of a consulting firm specializing
in renewable energy project development continue to assist Dave
in his principal occupation as Executive Director, Health, Safety
and Compliance for APIF.

BETTY
ORTLIEB
Director
Betty Ortlieb is Vice President and Business Representative of the International
Union of Allied, Novelty & Production Workers, Local 905, a position she
has held since 1997. As Vice President and Business Representative of the local
union, Betty is an active voting member of the Executive Board of the Sponsor.
Betty arranges membership meetings, handles grievances for the members of the
local union and is a signing officer of legal documents and banking documents
for the local union. Betty has been involved in the local union since 1997
and held a number of positions in the local union, including Financial Secretary
and Recording Secretary. She is a graduate of the Labour College of Canada
and has been an instructor in the education department of the Service Employees
International Union Canada (“S.E.I.U.”).

GWENN
M. VICTOR
Director and Member of Audit and Valuation Committee
Gwenn Victor is Recording Secretary and Business Representative
of the International Union of Allied, Novelty & Production
Workers, Local 905, a position she has held since 1999. As Recording
Secretary and Business Representative of the local union, Gwenn
is an active voting member of the Executive Board of the Sponsor,
prepares all minutes of meetings, facilitates membership meetings,
handles members’ grievances and prepares financial statements
for the local union. Gwenn has been involved in the local union
since 1997. She has been involved in the labour movement since
1982, has taken numerous labour courses, managed a UFCW Local
1230 union and has been the Secretary-Treasurer of UFCW Local
102.
