IAN
ROBERTSON
Ian is a founding shareholder of Algonquin Power Corporation Inc.
in 1988. He has over 15 years of experience in development, financing,
acquisition and operation of electric power generating projects
both in North America and internationally. Ian holds a professional
electrical engineer designation through his Bachelors of Applied
Science awarded by the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business
Administration degree from York University. In addition, Ian was
awarded a Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2000. His academic
and professional experience have combined to assist in his principal
occupation as Executive Director, Business Development for APIF.

JEFFERY
NORMAN
Jeffery Norman is a founder and principal of Algonquin Power Venture
Management Inc. Prior to joining Algonquin Power Venture Management
Inc. Jeffery spent 11 years working in the financial services
industry as both a consultant and investor. Most recently, Jeffery
was Vice President, Private Equity at Altamira Investment Services
Inc. where he actively participated on the board of directors
of portfolio companies to facilitate growth and build relationships
with key management. Jeffery is a Chartered Accountant and a member
of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He holds an HBA and a Masters
Degree in accounting from the University of Waterloo.

GREG
OWTTRIM
Gregory Owttrim is a founder and principal of Algonquin Power Venture
Management Inc. He has 19 years of experience in both the public
and private service sectors. Greg was awarded the Registered Financial
Consultant designation in 2000 and has previously held senior management,
executive and director offices with distributors of investment product
within the financial services industry. As an active contributor
with investment committee work, he has participated in a variety
of steering committees and working groups at The Investment Funds
Institute of Canada.
